|I called the day before and told whoever answered the phone my problem, my rear brakes were grinding. "Can you put me on your books in the morning and get me out by lunch"? "No problem" he said.|
Left my cell #, "Call me when your done and let me know how much." Never heard from them. I called around 4:30, told me everything was o.k. Pads were fine, rotated the tires, fixed the slow leak in one tire. $20.00. I took off work early, since they close at 5:30, bummed a ride, got there only to find they had read the wrong work order! They couldn't find my car! It hadn't even been on the rack! They found it and said hold on we'll inspect it right quick. They did and said "Sorry, it's too late to do the work today, You'll have to leave it overnight, first thing in the morning. It's already on the rack." I bummed a ride to work the next morning, got a call it was ready, bummed another ride at lunch to pick it up. They are friendly folks, joked they hope they hadn't lost my car again. They still charged me the full $248.00 to fix the brakes,(and forgot to fix the slow leak) even after I told them of the inconveniences they put me through.
