If you want to pay an extra 5 grand on average for any given vehicle then this is the place for you! Do yourself a favor...make the drive to Dallas or Little Rock and get competitive prices from people that at least have a clue about the product they're selling.

I will never deal with Orr again. Several years ago I purchased a Mitsubishi from Orr. Three days after signing papers, I was called and informed there had been a "clerical error" and I needed to bring them $2000 (or a credit card would do!!!) I will not go into details, but I did not give them the money. My husband and I went back to the dealership and were verbally abused and insulted by the manager and other salesmen. I just wondered how many times they have pulled this stunt and gotten away with it.

Worst experience ever! I have had my car for almost two years and I have had to pay for one oil change the entire time because they make me mad so often and that is what they offer as 'compensation'. Still have another freebie sitting at my house. I will NEVER buy from ORR again. Customer service is absolutely horrible!

The Orr monopoly might end up busted with the Bush ecomony running amok...LOL
It couldn't happen to a better bunch. Greed is a sin and the mighty will fall.

This place is a joke! I have attempted to buy from Orr a couple of times, and both times it was nothing but a hassle. They don't listen to you, and they try to sell you something you are not even interested in. The salesmen are all arrogant jerks just like the owner. I will never return to any Orr dealership.

I have never bought a vehicle from the Orr Group, so I can't comment on their prices, service, etc. For some time however, I have noticed them taking over a number of dealerships in Texarkana, which has raised some concerns for me....MONOPOLY! If you don't like their price, service, etc. you don't always have the option of driving to a nearby town to try to get a better price. That's what competition is all about. In Texarkana the Orr Auto Group has Honda, Chevrolet, Hyundai, and Mitsubishi. And in Atlanta Tx., Dodge, Ford, Chrysler, and Buick. In Bossier City, La., they have Orr Nissan. In Greenville, Tx., they have Nissan of Greenville. In Monroe, La., they have Sparks Nissan and Kia. In Longview, Tx., they have Patterson Nissan. In Marshal, Tx., they have Patterson Motors of Marshal. In Kilgore, Tx., they have Patterson Motors of Kilgore. In Marshall and Kilgore, I didn't want to spend the money on a long distance call to find out what they sold. They also own or have interest in other dealerships thoughout Texas and Louisiana. If you visit a dealership, you may want to ask if Orr owns or is affiliated with them. as their dealerships may not always carry the Orr name. I'm NOT saying you shouldn't buy from Orr, only to inform you of these things, so you can get the best deal, from whomever you choose to buy. Regulations keep them from owning ALL the types of car dealerships in a town, however, as you can see, it doesn't stop them from owning quite a few in one town, and the surrounding large towns. Sorta like, if you dont like my deal here, I will still get your business if you go to the next town. It's a "win win", situation for Orr. (I'm NOT a salesman, nor do I work for any auto dealership, I'm a consumer, like most of you). I give them a 3 star, just for the facts stated above.

Horrible salesman, horrible owner! My husband and I were looking into buying an 07 Odyssey van.The salesman was interested in a sale but did not care what we had to say about what we liked. When we told him we were looking into buying something in about three weeks after we looked into each van (Caravan, Quest, Sienna, Odyssey) we would be be back. He became short and uninterested with us. He was a total jerk. A buy now or never attitude. Way to hungry for end of the month sales!! My husband called Mr. Orr and that was a total joke. He may say call him on his ads, but believe me, he does not mean it. He was not in the least bit interested in how we were treated. I don't even think he said he was sorry one time!! Drive to Greenville, Little Rock or Dallas, stay away from the ORR monopoly!!

Two words : Horrible Service

Everytime I had my problem with my truck, it's been horrible service. Call Orr, he's more horrible than the service in the dealership. I will not shop there again.
