The service people are the rudest. If you take you car to get work done prepare to leave********off. On the other hand, I recently purchased a new Mazda 6 and my sales person Josh Jones was amazing! I was having problems being that I'm young of age and havent established enough credit, he had me in my new car in a few days! He worked super hard to get me that car!

Very dishonest people who helped with my used auto purchase. I was assured the used car had never been wrecked by ny salesperson. After severals problems occured with the car I got a CARFAX report & it showed the car was previously involved in a head on collision. After purchasing the car I had to leave it with them to have it serviced for the first time and the brakes checked. Weeks later I visited the service dept. again with more concerns about the car. While speaking with a Classic mechanic I learned the car had NEVER been through the service dept. I was lied to again, while Classic sold me a used car they had never serviced or even inspected.!!

Wish there was a rating lower than 1 star..lol Terrible company. Worked on one part of my mom's car about 6 different times and said that it was all GMC vehicles that had that problem. My Dad has a GMC Truck and that same issue wasn't happening on him. They said they replaced the parts and the parts still had the scratch on the front that was there before hand. Plus the dust was still there that was there before. We told the clerk that it was bull that they hadn't removed anything. He turns around walks off and is mouthing and cursing at my dad about it the whole time. Too many negative people there in my opinion. Will NEVER get anything from them again.

wanted to charge me 700 bucks for a repair. got it done for 350 bucks at a well known independent. charged me 75 bucks to tear down for estimate.. but the independent said it had never been apart. you decide....

I have 5 recalls on my vehicle, which I purchase new from them in 2006. They still tell me "we don't have the parts, we will call you". It has been 16 months since I received the first recall notice and about 3 months since the last one. Not one has been done yet by Classic..... not good service.

The service was fair. Look at your bill!!! They always routinely add on a 12% extra charge for disposal of toxic material (whether or not this was needed for your vehicle. Even talking with the manager did not good and they indicated that they rourtinely do this with everyone whether you needed the service or not. They rationalized different ways to try to justify this but it was bogus. Very poor business policy and will likley result in more ex-customers who take the time to look at their bill.
