I had a package that never came, it was sent with delivery confirmation... so it was delivered somewhere. I never got it and they really did not seem to care. The response "I cannot go to anothers home to see if they got it by mistake, that would be for the police to do" Terrible and no accountability.

Retraction in full. "JOKE". that describes them to the fullest. Lost several of my packages and claim they were stolen, but were then delivered by neighbors. Wait until the government takes over health care. Don't blame me, I voted for McCain.

This review is for the Post Office Downtown, everybody down there should be fired, when you change your address you may get your mail you may not, the workers are unconcerned the supervisors are unconcerned

Not good with delivery pick up of packages at the Oaklawn facility.. they should be able to be received in the Nash post office if you live closer to that office

No one can please the public. To many rules and regulations for those folks to keep up with anyway. If they are mean and impersonal I think maybe we made them that way. Anyway, the lady on my route is always friendly. More so than I am.
I think they do a pretty good job, all things considered.

I agree with Mimi. The clerks are not friendly. However, there is a very sweet lady who works in the back in the claims dept.

It certainly would not hurt the clerks to put a smile on their face when they help a customer. The only smile I have EVER encountered is from a male clerk who was also personable. As bad as the postal system is, going up to 41 cents a stamp, you would think they would try harder to appease the public.
