| | By chrisificti0n on April 20, 2010 - See all my reviews | I've only been to the 7th street location, and I will say -- the food is great. I hated the chicken strips at first... just tasted bland.. but you really do develop a taste for them. Fried okra is perfect ;) ..and of course, the tea is amazing as well..
The only reason I give this place a 4-star rating is the religious propaganda you're forced to endure. Before today, you'd have a passage from the Bible on your receipt -- that's one thing.. but today, I received that along with a pamphlet about not burning in hell. Funny, I should have handed her a pamphlet for one of the thousands of other gods and told her to repent.
I should mention that the younger employees seem to be more friendly as long as things go their way. There is a middle aged woman at the 7th street location that flat out ignored me twice last time.. simply saying "How are you doing?" and "Thank you so much". I don't appreciate just having food thrown at me.. but at least it's delicious ;) | | Comments (0) |
