AWFUL... The transition messed up my accounts ans nobody knows what to do..... TERRIBLE customer service.....

Bought out Century Bank in 2009. Total chaos in the change over. Cut back on days/hours of service along with other bank offerings. They do not get a high rating nationally. Changing over to Bank of Ozarks..more stable.
